Hot Logic Original Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

This shockingly simple dip combines two of our favorite appetizers:

- spicey buffalo chicken

- and cheese dip

into one mouth-watering crowd pleaser. Perfect for holidays and superbowl parties, this Buffalo Chicken Dip requires virtually no prep time. Just combine the ingredients, pop it in the Hot Logic to slow cook, and walk away.

Unlike most crock pots, Hot Logic will stop cooking the dip when it’s done and bump it down to the perfect simmer, so you can pull it out and serve it as soon as the red light comes on. Pop it back in to warm whenever you want.

The following recipe will fill one 8×6 container. Serves 5-7.

2 8oz packages of cream cheese

2 chicken breasts, cubed and sauteed for 5 minutes

4 oz Frank’s Red Hot sauce

1/2 stick butter (not margarine)

1 cup shredded mozzarella (frozen or fresh)

Combine all the ingredients as well as you can and pop in the Hot Logic. You will want to take it out once everything has melted (about an hour) to stir it again to fully combine the ingredients.
