I just cooked spare ribs in my Hot Logic 400, and they were awesome.
At 7:30am I cut my full rack of ribs in half, put them in a 9×9 glass dish, added my dry rub and homemade sauce, put the cover on the dish and put them on a red shelf. As I returned home, 6:00pm, from work my ribs were done to perfection! They were falling off the bone! I love this thing!
